Welcome to the Barbas Blog
So...here's just an informal way we can all keep in touch with each other. I figured since Scott is east coast, it's hard to do the LOST discussions...and instead of just e-mailing back and forth...and relaying the information to others in the lab, I figured this way we can all read whats going on with everyone that already left the lab. Please feel free to put a post about anything and also if you have any ideas of what to name this thing...so far we figured Barbas Blog is good.

So I checked out what the conversation was between Kate and Jack that Jack asked her to remember. Kate commented that Jack did not seem afraid after the crash. He told her a story about his first solo spinal surgery on a 16 year old girl. When he was closing up, he ripped some sort of nerve sac membrane and all her spinal fluid and nerves came spilling out. He felt terror but he knew he had to deal with it so he chose to let the fear in, but only for 5 seconds. After he counted to 5, he went back to work and managed to sew her up fine. Kate comments that she would have run for the door but Jack disagrees. It's hard to tell whether the content of the story is important or just that it is something she alone would know.
